It’s late and I’m tired. I look in the refrigerator and find cooked turkey breast waiting to be sliced. There’s cooked turkey bacon, wheat fajita wraps and fresh Brie cheese from the farmers market. There’s a chunk of Gruyere too. And fig jam. I see a quesadilla in the making.
Don’t want to make a salad, I’ll put it on the quesadilla. There’s baby spinach, basil, scallions and tomatoes.
