I made this purely by accident to cover up the awful quinoa pancakes I made. I liked this flavor and it did taste like crème fraîche. Sometimes good things come out of mistakes.
What you need:
- 2/3 c silken lite tofu
- 3 tbs pumpkin puree
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs can sugar
- 1/2 tsp Devo Olive Oil’s Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
What you do:
- Mix all ingredients in processor or blender.
