Easy peasy. Chop up some pear, cook some faro, add some awesome oil and balsamic and bam, you’re done.
- 2 c cooked farro
- 1 pear, cubed
- 1 c dried cranberries
- 1/2 c pepitas
- 1/4 c scallion
- 1 tbs Devo Olive Oil Butter EVOO
- 2 tsp Devo Olive Oil Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
- Freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste
What you do:
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Eat chilled or warm.
