croque monsieur


I’m sitting at CDG Aeroport in Paris waiting for my train connection to Rennes, which is located in the Brittany region. One of its local specialties is croque monsieur, grilled ham and cheese with a bechamel sauce. I wish I could be in a kitchen right now and cook up a few servings of Croque Monsieur.

I will definitely eat one as soon as I can.
