An easy way to bring your hamburgers up a notch, and leave less melted cheese on your grill. Mix up ingredients like blue cheese and caramelized onions with a blue cheese topping; spinach, onion and feta with a tzatziki topping; cheddar and bacon with ranch.
Flatten out your hamburger patty, place about 1/4 c of desired filling and “wrap” the patty around the filling. Gently mold back into hamburger shape and grill.
