What you need:
- 4 tbs Bee Fields Farm vinegar (sherry, red, etc)
- 4 tbs raw honey
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 1 tbs Blackwater Mustard Hot and Sweet Mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Freshly ground sea salt and black pepper
What you do:
- In med bowl which all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dress field greens with as much vinaigrette as desired.
- Top with blue cheese and maple pecans.
