Chocolate Chip Pizza with Peanut Butter Topping

chocolate chip pieIngredients:

  • 1 tube (16-18 ounces) your favorite refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 c. mascarpone cheese
  • ½ c peanut butter
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • ½ c whipping cream
  • ¼ c Nutella, warmed
  • ½ c chocolate chips



  • Spray a 9-inch tart pan with cooking spray.
  • Press the cookie dough evenly onto the bottom of the tart pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool on wire rack.
  • Using a knife, loosen the pie around the edges until it can be removed.
  • Gently slide onto serving dish.
  • Beat together mascarpone, peanut butter and butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Beat in powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  • Slowly add whipping cream and beat until incorporated.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on pizza.
  • Warm the Nutella in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Put melted Nutella in pastry bag and drizzle Nutella over top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for an hour or so until firm.
